At Access Recovery Center, our goal is to deliver exceptional care and support to every person we serve. We provide comprehensive community residential services customized to meet each individual’s specific needs, enhancing and sustaining their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social well-being.

Group Homes

Managing life’s responsibilities can be challenging, particularly for those with disabilities. We recognize that traditional routines may not meet everyone’s unique needs, and tackling these obstacles without support can feel lonely and overwhelming.

We provide 24/7 Customized Living services for adults with physical and/or mental disabilities in a welcoming residential setting. Located in Minnesota, our facilities focus on enhancing independence while encouraging community involvement. Our compassionate staff offers support with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, grooming, and medication management.

In our small-scale residential environments, we offer individualized care that honors your preferences. We are committed to helping residents maintain the highest level of independence while ensuring they receive the necessary support.

Eligibility

  • Client age is 18 and older
  • A documented diagnosis of a mental health condition, brain injury, or another disability.
  • Willingness to adhere to care plans developed by healthcare professionals.
  • We provide multiple funding options, including CADI, BI, and EW waivers, GRH program funding, and private funding through benefits such as SSI, SSDI, or RSDI.
